J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez General Mills en oct. 2013
Entretien
It was a formal interview on my campus. I thought it was not going to be too bad, but the lady asked me how many interviews I previously had and I said none because this was my first chance to intern. She couldn't believe me and was astonished when I repeated the same answer. Then she seemed to type for what seemed like 30 seconds. The interview was very awkward after that. It almost seemed if she was not interested after I answered her number of interviews question.

I had two rounds of interviews, with each being more of less the same. They begin with STAR questions and then give you situational questions. The situational questions will often reference food production processes, but it didn’t seem to matter too much if you were totally correct. They are more interested in seeing the way you approach a problem and think through the solution.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to work through a conflict with a coworker.
The interview process was kind of messy, they ghosted me for 6 weeks after the final interview. So that was defiantly a bit unfortunate. Prior to the final interview the process was pretty smooth
The interview process was great. They were very thorough, but also patient. For someone who was very early in their career, they made sure we were knowledgeable but also understood we were young and didn't have the experience and professionalism of a seasoned employee yet.
