I was invited for a face-to-face interview, based on my language skills (the role requires applicants to speak 1 or more foreign languages) and truly enjoyed the experience! The office in UK is very bright and welcoming, my manager was attentive, supportive and made me feel relaxed (I did not have a lot of experience in IT / Solutions development industry).
