Entretien
The interview began with a phone screening by a recruiter, followed by a 2 stage interview with a team lead and manager.
Recruiter: Extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all of my questions and shared in my excitement throughout the entire process.
Interview (Round 1): This interview was partially a personality match and partially a minor technical interview. Overall, a very low-stress interview focused on getting to know me as a person as well as my professional strengths and weaknesses.
After this interview, I was given a take home assignment to reference during the next interview.
Interview (Round 2): The first hour of this interview was based solely on the take home assignment. I pitched the assignment, then they treated it as a code review to highlight the good and bad. We then added a feature as a collaboration exercise to see how well I did in a virtual environment. Afterwards, we wrapped up the interview with any final questions.

Take Home Assignment: Create a single page feed in React that pulls data from an API
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
