Definitely one of the worst interview experience I had to endure so far. I got called to Markham office for interview, I got some aptitude test and was told to complete it in an hour, after that I met with their director. The director told me that all the dev jobs are filled and even if they are available, they are looking for more experienced candidate. Its fine if you are looking for more experienced candidate but why did you ask me to come to your office which is in a different city and made me to write a test for an hour ? All this just to say that I am not qualified for the job ? Also, they said to me that they have one qa role available, the same fellow told my friend who went through same process that they dont have any qa roles available but they have a java opening. A very unprofessional demeanor.
