First stage is a personality test then after a few months I got the call to come for an assessment in Rugby. Firstly on the day you had a group exercise, you are given rails to pull out a range of key seasonal pieces as a group you presented back. The you had to present your SWOT analysis on George as a whole. Lastly one and one interview with regards to questions relating to the job and George; What department would you like to work for? Have you had any difficult decisions to make? What is your course like at university? After a week a heard back that I had got the job!
