First a phone interview then an in person one. Very demanding process with a case study to prepare then 5 individual slots with different people for a total of 5 1/2 hours interview. Feedback was promised within one week but was then delayed by two weeks. Considering the amount of effort that’s required from candidates, the least that can be expected is meeting timelines after giving them.
