Entretien
First, recruiters will flood your mail and LinkedIn accounts with their superb offers, bragging about their contracts with Electronic Arts and Google. If they're really interested, they will call you by phone.
Then they'll let you know that you are being selected to work on a project on something very different for a completely different company.
They will setup a different call to ask you the technical questions (recruiters at Globant are extremely ignorant about what they're looking for).
Then, if they think you may fit well their needs, they'll say they'll call you later, and even tell you that there are a lot of other candidates being evaluated.
You'll receive a response weeks after, and they will show extremely interested. It's usually true, they'll be urged to get you into some already running project. So that's the right time to talk about money and ask for more than they're offering.
They'll usually want you to think that you may miss that "great opportunity" if you ask for more, but don't hesitate, they have more to lose than you if you don't get hired soon (they have to keep their "growth" ratio, and that's too difficult for a company that loses employees faster than they hire; that's why they recourse to acquiring other small companies quite often).

Fui contactado pelo RH, no inicio ela foi muito simpatica e sempre respondia tudo na hora.
1- Fiz a entrevista padrão de RH (experiencia, expectativa, salario, beneficios, etc).. 2- entrevista técnica demorada (2-3 horas).. O entrevistador técnico disse que eu fui muito bem e que me chamaria para uma entrevista para falar de uma vaga, pra aguardar 1 semana...
A partir daí: GHOST, a recruta que antes respondia tudo na hora simplesmente me deu ghost. Mandei msg e email de follow-up perguntando do feedback, se eu fui aceito ou não e: GHOST...
Perdi 3+ horas da minha vida pra uma empresa sequer dizer: "não".
Interview process is simple. It starts with a L1 discussion round which is majorly technical discussion where you are asked questions about the platform and technologies that you are working on. If applicable you will be asked to code some logic. If one gets passed that there will be a Gk discussion where the interviewer will ask questions related to salary expectations based on which they will allocate designation to you.
After that there will be HR discussion round for salary negotiations.

Entretien
The interview length was about one and half hour. And I felt the goal was to make me fail. So, obtain the accurate seniority is harder. Also, I heard once you in be promoted is not an easy task.
