The hiring process took three stages, first an overall screening, a technical, and finally with the client. At that moment interviews was not possible to do it remote, not sure if that changed.

Entretien
Fueron tres entrevistas, una telefonica, una entrevista tecnica via web donde las preguntas eran referidas al puesto de trabajo y a conocimientos sobre el puesto a cubrir en general, y una tercer entrevista de forma presencial.

The interview was quite long, two interviews (first by phone then 1:1) from 2 to 4 hours each, not very especific about any process and it had many differences with the actual job,
