Manager and Hiring Manager interviewed. This was a new position required by the company due to splitting from Campbells. They had minimal understanding of the processes handled by corp real estate office. After positive face to face feedback, the silence was deafening. The HR manager had been very friendly calling me to keep me updated during teh initial weeks but now I ahd to send a couple of emails to get a response. I got a very impersonal email saying that they ahd decided to go with another candidate and don't let the door hit you on the way out, yada, yada, yada. That same day I saw the job posted back on the website, but now listed as "entry level."

Spoke w/ HR manager for 1/2 phone interview asking basic questions such as why looking for job, why their company, what your current company employer offers and salary. One on one interview was on casual Friday. Interviewer not organized for acctg manager. Other panel member was a no show. Disappointed.
