I had an interview scheduled for a Friday at 1pm. I had an email confirmation as well as a phone. I am relocating and drove 3 hrs for the interview once I arrived I sat and waited for about 10 min witch was expected. Once I got call into the office the the interviewer I was greeted very negatively and unprofessional. I told him my name and he then informed me that he didn’t know what I was doin there and told me to go wait in the conference room I waited for about 30 while he ate lunch and took a break. He came back one time and told he still didn’t know what I was doing there and sorry that he couldn’t interview me. I informed him that I just drove 3 hrs could you do anything. He said nope sorry and said if he heard anything he would call me to try again. I will not be going back.

Entretien
I found the job in an online job search. I completed an application online and attached my updated resume. Once the picked out my application they had me take an online test multiple choice with various scenarios and different ways to handle them. Soon after completing the online test I received a call from the storm manager to schedule a one on one interview. During the interview I was given a web site to fill out and physical ability statement and background check consent.

Questions with regard to my resume and my experience. Next he asked questions about my current employer and my reasons for leaving. We went over the hypothetical situations and management style. He went over the job requirements, schedule and current staff. He asked me about my job expectations and work availability. We discussed my desired compensation and current bonus structure.
