The recruiter was over 15 minutes late. The experiance was positive and an interview with the hiring manager was to be setup. The interview was several days later and she was over 15 minutes late. The first thing she said was she had been working on several projects her boss had asked her do and she was very busy. She said she had asked the recruiter to rescheule my interview. He did not and the hiring manager did not show much interest and kept saying how much she had been working on things her boss had asked her to do. This is not the view an outsider should see. I finshed the interview and moved on. If you're too busy for an interview of a perspective employee who would want to work for you? How would you feel in that position. I would not have accepted another interview with this company.
