Entretien
I applied online and got an email a few days later inviting me to a recruitment event. At the event there was 15 of us. We started off with an icebreaker: each person got a different question to answer about themselves. Then we did three group activities: first was a poster about the qualities of a sales advisor, the next was to pick an outfit for a certain brief that give us and the third was how we would respond to certain scenarios with customers and team mates. They then told us they would let us know by two week if we had been successful (phone call) or unsuccessful (email).
It's been three weeks with no response so I assume a rejection.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
