Was invited for a phone interview after applying online, then for a personal interview with the head of office. The interview was very comfortable and straight forward, no "trick" or difficult questions. Due to small office size I got to meet the entire team the same day. Office culture appeared and turned out to be very quiet and professional, but very friendly. The office itself very nice and comfortable.
