Very straightforward and felt comfortable asking questions and speaking with the interviewer. Pleasant experience. Great staff and very calm throughout the whole process Basic questions about myself and the work that I am going to put in and what to expect

Entretien
Very straight forward & to the point. Has been a pretty fast process so far. Have not started yet, but am expecting to in the next week or so. A big part of my agreement in taking the job was learning to do taxes in the fall and being certified.

Entretien
I applied online and took an online assessment. Two days later I receive a phone call requesting additional information. Simple questions asking about my customer service experience. Two weeks later I receive an e-mail requesting consent to do a background check. The next day I receive a job offer via e-mail.

There was nothing difficult. The only questions I had was how many years I spent in customer service, and why I was interested in the position.
