It was a 3 round process- one over the phone and two in person at the office.
It was very laid back- met with everyone on the recruitment committee and was behavioral based. Their number one priority is if you're a good personality fit.

Two phone calls, one with a single analyst then one with a group of analysts that each asked a couple questions. Both the interview with the single analyst and group were just questions and they didn't seem to want to be conversational. Then one final in office interview with the different teams.
