I cleared Hacker rank and 2 Technical rounds. The Manager round is just like discussion about their company and their projects and Manager will tell you that if they offer you and if you have not joined, they will backlist you forever. After Manager round , I was confident enough that I will get the offer Since I have cleared all the rounds after spending my time for 2 weeks for the interview. But After Manager round , the recruiter didn't replied for a week on any status after sending even multiple mails and call. Finally after one week she replied that my profile was not shortlisted. Not clear enough still how profile got rejected even after clearing their interviews and got good feedback on each round of the interview.
