J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Heap (Londres, Angleterre) en juil. 2021
Entretien
I liked and understood the interview process. I thought the 1.5 hour 3rd stage interview was a bit too long and didn't quite understand the reasoning behind it. Also to have 6 people on the call also didn't make much sense.
Mostly, I would expect after doing all this and not being successful I would get more than a generic email response to say I wouldn't progress. Slightly more information I think is fair for candidates in the future. Also, 6 men on an interview.. could make a bit more of an effort to show diversity.

4 rounds. Solid process that helped me learn about the leadership and the product. Final round benefits those who put in the extra work. Gave a good feel for the overall culture

The interview process was thorough and difficult in a good way. It consisted of 2 main screening interviews, a culture conversation, and a 60-minute sales presentation. The HR team sent over an extremely personalized offer letter, that really showed the effort they put into it, this really stuck out to me.

I spoke with two Sales Directors, the VP of Enterprise Sales, and the Head of Talent over 4 rounds of interviews. Heap qualified around 3 main buckets: cultural fit (think growth mindset, integrity, and curiosity), demonstrated sales ability, and your "why" for wanting to join Heap.
My first 2 conversations were largely centered around sales process, past examples of success/failure, thought process, and cultural fit questions. My third interview was an hour-long "challenge" comprised of an account prioritization exercise, persona selection and messaging exercise, and finally a discovery roleplay.
During the challenge, be prepared to share your thought process behind your account selection and messaging. There's a lot of useful material on the company website to understand the product and the value it ultimately provides.
