I was contacted by Hertz and then HR set it up and I was called in the next week. I went ahead with the interview and was offered the position over the phone the next day by HR.

I was contacted by someone in HR and they set me up with the Area Manager. I then interviewed with the Area Manager and was told about the job and how hard it was from day to day but could be very rewarding.
