It was very easy but they do ask sales questions. It was an hour long interview. I did have a phone call interview before that though. Make sure you are prepared and really know how to handle rowdy or angry customers because they ask a lot of questions about that.

The person doing the interview was very nice and laid back and explained everything very well. They were easy to work with in scheduling the interview as well. The office was easy to locate.
