Process took three weeks with 3 rounds, all rounds are mostly technical where questions spanning from system design to OOps concept.
Entire interview process was smooth and alright but even after HR called and informed i got selected no one ever reverted back, even after i myself dropped a mail asking for date and discussion they just ghosted me out with any reply or information that if the position got freezed or something like that.
This was the most frustrating part as you cant ghost out people after confirming over call that they got selected.

Waste of time. Had a recruiter screen, one behavioral interview and a super day with 3 interviews. The interview that messsed me up was the first behavioral, so they might as well have rejected me then instead of stringing me along for 3 additional interviews when i never had a chance.

Phone screening with recruiter, then 3 virtual interviews with various Directors
Made it to final round, but ultimately did not get selected.
What a great process. The recruiter was my favorite recruiter ever. So transparent, informative, and helpful. All the interviewers were so kind.
I am so bummed I didn't get this role. Really was my dream job and felt I was a great fit. I'd happily apply for another role and would still want to be a part of HCG.
I recently went through a process with a competitor consulting firm and it was garbage compared to HCG.
