The interview was pretty straightforward, they went through my resume and availability. Asked about previous experience and why hospitality was something I was interested in and went into further questioning about my opinion on hospitality, what do I value most in my work atmosphere, etc,

It was very smooth and i felt comfortable talking with the managers about my career and their journey to be part of Hyatt. They were really nice and welcoming during the interview process.

It seemed informal, due to the fact we sat in the lobby to do the interview. My interviewer was late, but was very polite in the questions she asked. Was asked about difficulties I faced and how I handled them, which I believe was what decided my fate for the job.
