I was contacted 4 days after sending my application. HR contacted me by phone and left a message requesting me to call her back to arrange a phone interview which I did. The phone interview went well, it was more of a screening interview. She was nice and approachable, and gave an overview of the role before asking me questions and said that someone will contact me to let me know if the managers were interested in a further interview. Another person contacted me about 1 1/2 weeks after the initial screening and asked for me to contact them in the voicemail they had left. I called back but was unable to reach her until 3 days after, where she asked me to let her know the best time for a face to face interview. I didn't hear back for another 2 weeks and tried to call again, but again to no avail. She then emailed me to inform me that the position was being put on hold because of internal reshuffling and thanked me for calling back.
