The recruiter wasted a lot of time trying to get things scheduled. The interview itself went smoothly. We had a productive conversation about the position and the responsibilities and how I would fit in. I noticed that the invite said there would be 2 interviewers, and the other person didn’t show up but they never said why. I was told they had 2 more candidates and would be coming together next week to decide. The next week, my status changed to “unsuccessful” although no one had contacted me to tell me the result, not even a form email. At the same time they automatically applied me to a new requisition without telling me. I assumed it was the same job and I was still being considered since it had the same title and description, but then a week later they changed it to something totally different that I was less qualified for, again without telling me. I sent to emails asking for clarification, and the response did not address the situation. I tried calling the recruiter but their phone didn’t ring through. Finally talked to the recruiter on the phone and was told that I had been passed over for the job. This was 11 business days after the interview. They could not explain the shenanigans that occurred with the workday portal. 28 working days total.

The first round is a pre recorded video in which you answer questions. The two subsequent interviews were set up by recruiter and conducted via video chat on their own platform. After the first three interviews, everything went silent. No follow up email. Automatic rejection letter came months after.
