Applied online, heard back from HR within 1 week and scheduled a phone interview 2 days later. The phone interview was more of a phone screen (and info session) and the recruiter was very friendly. At the end of the interview she asked me to come in for a face-to-face interview, which was set up 2 days later with 2 managers. The interview was pretty basic (since it is an entry level job), and both managers were very friendly. The next day they offered me a job and I accepted.
