Two step process, HR and then hiring manager online interview. All questions about experience and on the job, real life situations.

Tel me about difficult situation you had to deal with and vendor was involved.
Interview was as expected - nothing out of the ordinary for a CTM - but they ghosted me without any feedback. The recruiter also initially e-mailed me to ask if I am available for a quick discussion and literally called me 30 seconds later, I didn't even had the chance to finish reading the e-mail (weird?).

The hiring process was ver smooth . The recruiter i spoke to was very easy going . Post my screening with HR had interview set up in e week with two hiring managers. Thy really make you feel comfortable and patient
