I had to pass 2 interviews with the alumni. It was actually a great experience. Bith interviews were in free form, meaning that I presented my self, and then I've been asked questions regarding my background and motivations.

I had two interviews, each with an INSEAD MBA alumni. The process was pretty efficient and they kept to the timelines they promised. The recruitment staff were not as friendly or helpful as other business schools

Two interview, one with someone older, one a more recent grad. Both asked why MBA now, why INSEAD, time you have worked in an international setting, what do you want to do after.
