Entretien
Started with a phone interview, which was very helpful for a potential employee to learn more about the job before investing time and money to interview. Then I was flown to Chicago for a face to face interview with Quintiles, and then forwarded on to a second interview the same day with another Quintiles representative and a member of the pharma company I would be doing work for. Very organized process.

Entretien
The interview was friendly and professional. I did have to make a presentation but it was in a casual setting so it didn't feel as intimidating. The interview and onboarding overall went fairly smoothly. I had to complete some modules on my own but they were straightforward.

Entretien
1 initial phone interview and 1 in person interview 2 weeks after with IQVIA manager plus pharmaceutical company manager. It felt odd to interview with 2 people from separate companies. Felt like an audition. The interview was based on written templates, somewhat anticuated, typical job interview questions. Candidate was asked to meet at a local hotel conference room. A short verbal presentation was requested by interviewers the night before via email which left little time to prepare. Very vague request, so difficult to prep for it.
