This is my first review on an Organization, as till now i did not share my bad experiences with public world thinking it will not make nay difference, but I think I was wrong and that is when I realize that I should start giving my reviews. I was called for Big Data Developer position and I had double checked the skill set they are looking for(reply was Hadoop Spark Scala), even then when I went for interview process, they gave me written test booklet which was having question and program for R-Programming (this happened after my cv was read by manager by 5mins) thougg I had not mentioned antwhere about R in my resume. I rechecked again with consultancy, they said it is for Bigdata spark scala position only, later I spoke to them for the feedback. the worst part was consultancy said its for two rounds, but those manager just gave paper for written, and later he said they might not evaluate today.

I got a call from the recruiter through LinkedIn and I had a call with him for 45 minute where he asked initial screening questions. Then I had two 45 minute phone calls with two members of their Big Data Engineering team. Then I was invited to fly on-site for an interview loop. I had four 45 minute interviews with them. I was later rejected as they said they needed someone with more experience.
