Extremely long interview process! I don't know if this was just because I was unfamiliar with how a big company interviews applicants, but it was terribly long. They sent out a link for "video interviews", where we had a minute timer per question to record the answer to questions that popped up on the screen. After a few months with absolutely no contact, I was contacted for a second phone/Skype interview.
