Entretien
Standard questions, boring repetition like in any other company. Some of the people do not understand what the job is all about and it is shown in the questions. The process is extremely slow and long. There is no room for negotiation with them so be prepared to take whatever amount they offer or leave it.
Interview process was fine. Preparation of 10 minute presentation was requested. Technical and non-technical questions asked. Questions based on PV knowledge and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and clinical research development.

What is your knowledge of clinical development pipeline
First interview with HR about basic questions, second interview with Team Leads more related to the industry, expectations and the role itself. Both interviews were very professional, with time at the end for questions.
3 person virtual interview. Quick review of running clinical trial. Escalation and resolution process. Very quizzical. Be prepared for random questions. Knowledge of clinical trials help. Once hired some clients will request interview.
