I had my first interview with a Quintiles rep and it was very down to earth. I had a employee referral from the inside company Quintiles was working with so it was very informal. But once I had my second interview with the pharma company it was very intense and with a panel.

Entretien
A few zoom calls with management. The last interview was very short with upper management, I think they already made up their mind at that point after speaking with the interviewing managers.
It was four rounds first meeting with IQVIA manager, then meeting with the IQVIA manager and manager for the manufacturer over zoom, then with them in person and finally with the director.
Long interview process including; internet assessments, phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with district sales manager, in person interview with district sales manager and regional sales manager, ride-alongs with current sales representatives
