I recently applied for a job in Australia. Unfortunately, the talent acquisition staff member handling the listing, who is based in China, mistakenly listed the job location as China. Despite my attempts to contact her for clarification and assistance, she was unresponsive, indifferent, and lacked professionalism and engagement in her work. Such experiences with talent acquisition staff can significantly tarnish the impression of the entire company, as they are the first point of contact for prospective employees and play a crucial role in representing the organization.

I had 4 interviews, two of them with the same senior partner in different stages and 2 of them with different associate principal. Recruiters were initially prompt in responding me but after the last interview just ghosted me and didn't even bother to reply back.
