The interview process was very well structured. It began with a first interview to talk about one-self, then a second interview to show presentation and business skills and finally a general management interview to double check your true potential.
The interview process went surprisingly fast, the 3 interviews where done in a time-span of barely 2 weeks.
I got the job just by being submitted to a two week interview process. Highly recomend working in IMS Health.

I had 4 rounds of interview: Phone IV, Market research/business understanding examination, Virtual IV, and Case Study IV. The process took about 3 months, from my first phone call till when I was offered the position
