Duas entrevistas, primeiro com RH da empresa, e em seguida com a chefe da área de farmacovigilância. Em geral bastante cordiais e interessadas nas minhas respostas. Muitas perguntas técnicas, sobre o meu currículo e sobre o motivo de querer trabalhar na empresa.

Qual o interesse ne área de farmacoviglância, mesmo tendo uma formação médica extensa?
It was a fast and easy process. First it was an on demand video interview with both writting and recording then an HR call interview and then a video interview.
Primera fase: Entrevista telefónica por parte de RRHH
Segunda fase: Entrevista presencial (dinámica de grupo) con RRHH y otros candidatosm
Tercera fase: Entrevista final en inglés con Manager del proyecto

it would be easy/general questions/basic PV care processing questions.
They went on to basics of Pharamaceutical related questions as well. Interviewer was more focused on behavioural questions. Be ready to define and give examples for Adverse Events (AE), Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR), and SUSARs.
