The interview process was very efficient. Though it take a while to hear back, once I got the first call, everything else was very smooth sailing. The interviewers were very kind and wanted to make sure that this was the right fit for me.
1. Application: Submission of CV/resume, often requiring a strong academic track record and a final-year student status. 2. Online Assessment & Video: A business analysis/data interpretation test followed by a short virtual recording assessment. 3.Talent Acquisition Interview: A, likely behavioral, screening with a recruiter. 4. Business Interviews:First Round: Fit interview and a "mini" case study.Second Round: A full case study, often revolving around market sizing within the pharmaceutical sector.Competency Interview: Focused on skills and behavioral scenarios.
