Very structured interview process. I appreciated that they gave me a lot of info in advance so I could prepare. Instructions were very clear. You could tell the interviewers had prepped as well. No one repeated questions and I didn't have to give my story six times. The day was long but they made sure to feed me. Felt like everyone was being really thoughtful throughout the process.
