There was an online interview handled by a third party. That was weird. There were questions to be answered while speaking into a video camera, multiple choice questions, and short answer questions. It was a bit awkward and felt like a test. Follow up interviews were more typical, but the wait time between call-backs was really long. The first call-back interview was with two team members and consisted of a series of behavioral questions. Following that interview I was asked to come in and meet with the hiring manager. You've got the job, right? SURPRISE! Another interview. This one was far more technical.
