Behavioural questions only, focus on some resume points but standard STAR format. Did not discuss too much about role as interviewer was not the direct supervisor. Generally good experience but minimal technical aspects to interview

Entretien
First round is a 1 h behavioural-based interview over Zoom. They look for STAR method when answering situational questions. Second round is in person, 2 x 1 h interviews with a lunch inbetween.

Behavour Based Interviewing. HR screening of resume looks for high grades. First interview looks for a minimum of 3 examples of desired behavior. Second interview determines whether a job offer will be made or not.
