Implement a Matrix in JavaScript, that should make all the corresponding row and column of the cell values to zero whenever it will find a 1 in a cell.

He was looking for exact code. I tried to write the code but one testing scenario was failing, so he didn't move on to next question. He said he done with the interview. Question wise its not that difficult but need some analysis and time. for this type of question if you are asking for logic or pseudo code that fine but code should not be expected.
