Phone screen followed by two additional interviews. First interview is an algorithm heavy coding exercise where you are expected to answer a few questions and do 2-3 exercises (spending 10-20 minutes on each). These are complicated problems where you will need to know how to solve it shortly after reading the description. You do not have time to think of an algorithm creatively. Biggest complaint is that they do not take your expertise into consideration. Background in systems? I hope you can handle doing things like balancing a tree. If you thrive on sites like HackerRank you will (maybe) be fine. Second interview was an interview with a manager and someone who was essentially a witness to the process (as he said nothing). The questions in this interview were reasonable, but he was very clearly hunting for specific approaches and did not take into consideration the difference between a billion dollar wholly owned subsidiary (with teams for every purpose) and a scrappy startup.
