Nice talks for half of the time and then coding. Applicant must memories everything from hackerRank and such in order to do it on the spot.

First a quick call with a recruiter and then a karat test. You're allowed to retake the karat coding test within 24hrs of the first test, if you prefer to.

There are questions on database, algorithms etc. during karat interview.
The interview consist of one online coding test + a full day onsite interview. Onsite inverview consists of two whiteboard tests, one system design, one code review and one resume deep dive.
