I applied thru linkedin. The recruiter called me a week after and scheduled me for panel interview the following week.
The panel interviewers are all kind and very accommodating. They’re not so strict with what language (Filipino or English) you use during the interview. But still they are professional the way they ask you the questions.
Three people interviewed me, two managers and one senior manager/director.
After the interview, I have to wait for more than a month (with constant follow-up with the recruiter) before they told me that I am shortlisted for the position. A week after that, the recruiter told me that I wasn’t chosen but referred me to a new position in different team (still Software Engineer).
The following week I was interviewed by the principal SE and after 2days interviewed by the senior manager. A week after the final interview, the recruiter asked me for my asking salary and the following week, I was scheduled for contract signing. The whole process took more or less 2 months but still worth it because of the salary and benefits package offered.

The interview process took 1 month, from the initial interview up to the job offer. There's a 1 week gap every interview, I guess that's a normal process. Shout out to Jem, very accommodating from start to the end of the interview process. The technical interview is fairly easy. The hiring team is amazing and they are all cool. All in all, the interview process is great and amazing. Very generous offer as well. Thank you.

Question 1
For the technical, it is live coding and some technical questions. For the final interview, it's mostly culture fit. They'll check if you are really fit for the team. Mostly behavioral and situational. And they asked me about my previous tasks and projects

The interview process had the usual steps (submit a resume, get an initial phone call interview from HR, and have an technical interview). During the technical interview, the interviewer (fellow software developer from the hiring manager's team) was more focused on my resume's design and not it's contents. My alma mater has a different resume design for fresh graduates and for some reason, my interviewer wanted to know more why I chose to not follow that university's resume design.
That was mostly the interview topic. When the interviewer asked if I had any questions, I asked about the tech stack used and other project details, to learn more about what the project is about (i.e. payroll processes, bank reconciliation processes, etc.) Interviewer's response was "why didn't I ask this with HR?" to which I replied, "I did but they recommended to check during the tech interview since this is the avenue where I can get more details". I didn't bother to proceed with the next steps since the overall experience was unprofessional and inappropriate.
