Recruiter contacted me for a phone screen. After the call I was asked to complete an assessment which was essentially an IQ test and personality test. Not a fan of employers getting "free" personal information without an offer of employment.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I suggest searching for guidance on passing employment personality tests. While the test states a person is to answer truthfully and there are no right or wrong answers, that is false. There are some great YouTube videos that will help with this assessment.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infor
Entretien
Standard questions, shared a lot about internal processes. Seemed to be looking to fill the position internally based on responses to questions and feedback from questions. Hope to apply for a different role to see if similar experience.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Infor (La Crosse, WI)
Entretien
Easy and straight forward. The introduction to the role was thorough and questions were relevant to us both to determine a good fit. Also, there was time for me to ask questions and great answers were provided.
Honestly, I should have read Glassdoor first. Recruiters at Infor initiate contact and then just ... crickets. Do not take my word for it, just go through the interview reviews there are many examples of this behavior from them.
Food for thought:
If this is how HR treats candidates how will they treat you as an employee?
