Das Erstgespräch erfolgt mit der HR zuständigen aus der jeweiligen Stellenbeschreibung. Das Zweitgespräch erfolgt mit der Fachabteilung, die auch anschließend in einem dritten Gespräch mündet, in der eine Case Study vorgestellt werden muss. Zur Case Study gibt es eine einwöchige Vorbereitungsphase - damit ist eine angemessene Vorbereitungszeit gewährt.

During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Three interviews before getting the job. First with HR, then director, then three people - director, senior consultant and associate consultant. Afterwards you get the job. The interview process is pretty straight forward

First there is a video interview, then a take home technical coding interview and finally an interview with two senior members of the team.
