There was a two stage interview process. An initial chat and then a second stage interview, where you had to prepare a task. The task involved presenting a marketing campaign.

Got shortlisted , first interview went fine , recuirter asked for my availability for next round and then i got ghosted no rejection mail no 2nd interview round. It felt so dissapointing

Basic questions like tell me about your self , how you manage stress , strenghts and weakness
Tedious, pretty complex and time consuming. Not enough time given to prepare a presentation. Expect too much out of the candidate. Not a two way interview. Pretty daunting for a low level role.
