3 rounds of technical interview 1 round with hiring manager After 4 rounds of interview I was informed that I have got selected. The HR round was yet to happen. I waited for 4 weeks. I sent 3-4 follow up mails but no response. After 4 weeks they come and say “We would like to thank you for showing interest with regards to pursuing career with us. Despite your impressive profile, outstanding skills and competency we regret to inform you that the your profile is not shortlisted” Now my questions are: Why they have to do like this? Most likely they get another resource with less cost.But why they processed my profile if they couldn’t afford the resources? @Informatica, if you guys can’t afford, at least you should come on negotiation rather rejecting candidates.You guys only process the candidatures after seeing the expected, you only assess them.If candidate is selected but you don’t release the offer letter then whose fault is this? When you start blaming candidates saying they are flyers , just think what you do to them.
