Received the call for an interview through an employee referral program. Interview was scheduled at offsite location where multiple interviews were taking place. One screening round was followed by technical interview. Later on it was followed by a telephonic round of interview by a domain consulting practice lead. Later I went through an HR round which limited itself for a discussion on salary and not really complex. Received offer over an email followed by a smooth on boarding process.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
