I applied through College recruitment process. After a written test (Apti+English+Logical+Basic Coding) they shortlisted for personal interview.
for getting the selection, prepare well with the basic question of C and data structure.

as I am a mechanical engineer, I was not able to answer correctly. So i told him that i studied basic C and data structure in my very first year of college so this time i am not able to recall those things, please ask me something from mechanical. Than he started again--
Draw SFD and BMD for a given condition.
find reactions of Truss.
Find deflection....
and at this point i did blunder by giving all answer correctly.
so he said that you are the guy not for our industry. And gave me a suggestion to join a core company and came back after 10 years.
Finally i was not selected.

It’s goes well. Waiting for the update so hoping for good thing. Other than that everything good I felt. First round is Technical and followed by the manager round which is also quite good experience

L3 interview:
Pretty inefficient process, with certain people having to wait 6+ hours, and I heard of one person who waited an entire day and had to come again the next day.
Interview itself was relatively standard,
stage 1: Asking leetcode mediums and expecting optimal solution, then moving to core cs concepts like oops and sql.
stage 2: Diving into projects, with questions on the tougher side, like specifics about the architecture of docker.

The interview was related to general software engineering questions. Design patters, unit and e2e testing, deplyment to cloud, frontend to backend comunication, team collaboration, requirements shaping, release process. The interview was conducted in a friendly manner.
