J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infosys (Chennai) en sept. 2012
Entretien
Standard hiring process: First call with HR over telephone, next couple of rounds with technical team members. Nothing unexpected; Project work and details of technical stack, challenges faces, couple of scenarios. Questions on architecture patterns and specifics on some of the project details. Overall friendly and technical stuff; Oh just be prepared to wait for the teams to arrive. learn some gazing white screens/boards/boring rooms and not falling to sleep.

Question 1
Can you describe your experience with Salesforce architecture and the key components involved?
It was a terrible experience, they didn't have a JD for the role, interviewers came 10 mins late, I kept my video on for the entire duration while the interviewers were only on audio, kept their video off, kept asking development related questions instead of architectural insights. I believe they were unclear on what role they were hiring for, or the roles are overlapping in their organisation so they want someone who can do development + architecture
