Got selected through campus hiring. First screening round was an aptitude and verbal ability online round, post which the shortlisted students will have a one on one interview. In my interview questions related to the projects I had done in college were asked and it went well. Not very stressful. The interviewer was very friendly. After this I was called for an other round where they asked me about my hobbies and interests. All went well and I was selected for the job.

Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
